Shamiah Golden is a Research Assistant with RISE. Golden is a junior pursuing a Psychology degree with a concentration in Urban Psychology. With a strong interest in social equity and dismantling institutional racism, Golden continues to further her studies at Virginia Commonwealth University.
In addition, Golden hopes to pursue a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and provide resources and support to marginalized groups in her community.
