Melvin Brown is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. Brown recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Brown currently serves in the Virginia Army National Guard and has a goal to eventually work for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
